FOUNDER
Post Graduate in Early Childhood Education and Research Fellow with Barrington Education Initiative, Switzerland. Selected Global Leader for Young Children in 2019 by World Forum Foundation. Founder, Learning Synapses Education Solutions LLP, Sanya has collaborated with over 50 brands of Pre-Schools, Schools, NGOs and Corporates in areas of Curriculum Design, Enterprise set-up, Teacher Training and improving Learning outcomes for young children. She has served as an NCERT Committee Member on the National Preschool Curriculum “EYE Guidelines for Quality Early Years”. Sanya is passionate about Instructional Design, Neuroscience and Advocacy for play. Being a Homeschooling-Mom is adding to Sanya’s repertoire of experiences, currently.
Charvin Shah
SENIOR LEAD, PEDAGOGY
Charvin Shah is a post-graduate in Human Development. Her research on “Qualitative Assessment of an Educational program for Gifted children” led her to focus on developing child-centric programs for young learners. She has 5 years of experience in Leading , Supervising and Creating developmentally appropriate opportunities for Preschool and Primary grades. Her work at a school NGO, has enabled skills to create low-cost learning materials. She has developed material for and conducted Teacher Trainings. She is a mother to an energetic 3 year old son.
Namrata Babvani
SENIOR LEAD, CURRICULUM
Namrata holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from SNDT Women’s University. She has done a certificate course in the Science of Early Childhood Development from the University of Toronto, Canada. Her research on “Teachers’ and Parents’ perspective on early Language and Mathematics skills” enhanced her experience. She has for about 2 decades worked with renowned Preschools and Early Childhood organisations – in Curriculum Development, Concept Teaching concerns and Set up of Facilities. She works closely with Aga Khan Development Network and represents India on the Network, since 2015. She is also a Teacher Trainer, Parental coach and a Mentor.
Aashika Jethva
ASSOCIATE, CURRICULUM
A Graduate in Bachelor’s in Management Studies (BMS), she later shifted vocations to pursue a career in the Early Childhood Education, after doing a course in the same. An organized professional with proven teaching and guiding skills, she has worked effectively in a Preschool as a teacher, for over 3 years. She has the knack to communicate information in a simple and a fun manner. Aashika stands out in her ability to be a team player and resolve problems and conflicts professionally.
Sumedha Joneja

Having worked extensively in the media for a large part of her early career, is passionate about being associated with positive impact in society. After a few years of intensive search on how to do so, she found her calling with Sanya’s team – first as a student , then an intern and presently an employee.
Ranjeet Kaur
ASSOCIATE, OUTREACH
Post Graduate in Economics, and later shifting her interests to Early Childhood Education. A certified phonics and handwriting teacher along with being a certified digital content writer. Ranjeet Kaur, takes a keen interest in education of
Pre-schoolers and is passionate about teaching young minds and developing a strong learning base for them. She has worked as a teacher and strongly endorses the Concept of Care Givers instead of being mere providers. Blogging is yet an another passion she pursues , while being a mom on her toes always.

Post Graduate in Early Childhood Education. She is the Vice Chairperson of INCCA : Indian National Child Care Association. Sumran loves working with children and has worked with preschools in Nasik , special children and also teaches children Kathak , since she is a trained Kathak dancer. Sumran is also an avid public speaker, a techie besides pursuing her love for working with young children.
Rachana Shrotriya

A Post Graduate in Early Childhood Education and a youth volunteer at Manashakti Research Centre. At Manashakti, she has worked on various projects for the development of young children and has gained extensive field and hands on experience on the same. Rachana has an understanding about homeschooling and has also undertaken research on the same. She is proficient in instructional technology and is involved in developing learning products for children.
